More about us:

Coopération Bancaire pour l’Europe is an organization based in Brussels, founded in 1992 by several international banks to provide information and consulting services on European funding themes and programs. With the expansion of the EU’s competencies and the increasing complexity, the role of CBE becomes crucial. In an era characterized by an overload of information, CBE stands out for the quality of its services, backed by extensive experience and its central position in Europe.

Over the years, CBE has provided significant information assistance for its members and their clients, addressing a wide range of European issues. These activities include the analysis of European regulations on competition and state aid, actions of the Structural Funds, and consulting for participation in public tenders. Additionally, CBE focuses on analyzing support measures for investments in third countries, seeking funding, and participating in research and development programs. It has also provided information on post-crisis banking reform and the seven-year funding guidelines (2014-2020 and 2021-2027).

The European Center for Social Finance (ECSF) was founded to advance knowledge and promote effective financing for social services and innovations across Europe. Positioned between theory, practice, and policy, the ECSF examines how to align income sources with operational activities, delivery methods, and target markets to develop new business models that support social impact. Although various institutions and actors are emerging in social finance, there is limited interaction between these groups, especially across different countries and sectors. ECSF seeks to bridge these gaps through cross-border collaboration, offering technical assistance to both investors and enterprises, and creating tools for the entire investment process. Additionally, it shares insights and best practices through its publications.
